【影片介绍】

Sam: You  got  to  get  out  of  my  car  right  now. Mikaela. It’s  Sam. I  hope  I  didn’t  get  you   stranded   or  anything. You  sure. So, listen. I  was  wondering  if  I  could  ride  you  home. I  mean, give  you  a  ride  home  in  my  car, to  your  home.

Mikaela: I  can’t  believe  that  I’m  here  right  now.

Sam: You  can  duck  down  if  you  want, I  mean, it  won’t  hurt  my  feelings.

Mikaela: Oh, no, no, I  didn’t  mean  here  with  you. I  just  meant  here, like, in  this  situation, this  same  situation  that  I’m  always  in. ‘ Cause, I  don’t  know. I  guess  I  just  have  a  weakness  for  hot  guys, for  tight  abs  and  really  big  arms.

1.    Shotgun

山姆要送梅卡拉回家，他对迈尔斯说要开车送他。迈尔斯说好吧，让她到副驾驶位上。Shotgun副驾驶位的意思，这种说法起源于美国西部历史，那时驾马车的人坐在右边，路上会经常有劫匪，所以，总要有一个人坐在左边副驾驶位置手里拿一杆枪，以防万一。从此以后，坐在车的副驾驶位子是就叫做ride  shotgun.

2.    Bros  before  hos

山姆说，我不准备把她放到副驾驶位上，你要下车了。迈尔斯说，这可不符合规则。山姆问道，什么规则呢？迈尔斯说，重友轻色。Bros  before  hos中bros  是指brothers兄弟，hos是指whores是娼妓，这句话就是重友轻色的意思。

3.    Duck  down

梅卡拉进入车里说，我就不敢相信我竟然在这。山姆说，如果你想的话可以弯下腰，我不会在意的。梅卡拉解释说，不，不，我不是说和你在一起，我是说我总是遇到这种情况，可能是我喜欢那些有紧实腹肌和肌肉的那些身材好的人吧！Duck  down在这是低下头，弯下腰的意思。
